The SELCO Code Club at the Dodge Center Public Library is for young people ages 9-15 who would like to learn computer programming. Lessons will start in Scratch, proceed to Python, and from there, who knows?
We will meet once a month beginning March 10th (the 2nd Thursday) at 4:00pm for some hands-on classes taught by professional programmers. Everyone will be given assignments to work on between each class. Volunteers will be on hand at the library on the 4th Thursday at 4:00pm if students need help with a coding assignment or want to work on extra projects.
